Founder of Altamira Consulting
For 18 years I’ve worked inside big operations, fixing inventory, processes, and the messy gaps that burn people out. I am an industrial engineer and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certified, and I started Altamira because I wanted to help founders get time back without more admin.
My approach is hands-on and practical. We find the highest-impact problem, build a one-page playbook, and run the change with your team until it becomes the new normal. I’ve been the person juggling meetings, urgent orders, and family at the same time, so I design work that people can actually keep doing.
